Sprints

Quincy delivers conversion-focused design sprints for ecommerce brands who want things done right, quickly.

A better way to get design work done.
ABOUT US
Quincy exists for ecommerce brands who know their design needs work, but don’t want to spend weeks explaining, managing or second-guessing the fix.

The work is focused, conversion-led and deliberately scoped. Decisions are made quickly and everything is owned end-to-end. This is for founders and teams who want things done properly, without weekly calls, endless revisions or being pulled into the process. You brief the problem, then step back while the work gets handled.
Designed to quickly fix what’s not working for your brand.
Each sprint is focused, practical and built to solve a specific conversion problem.

What exactly is a design sprint?

A design sprint is a focused, one-off engagement designed to fix a specific problem quickly. Each sprint has a clear scope, a defined outcome and a set timeline. It’s not ongoing support and it’s not open-ended.

How involved do I need to be?

Minimal. You’ll brief the problem upfront, then step back while the work gets handled. You’ll be kept informed throughout, with updates at key points rather than constant check-ins.

What types of brands is Quincy a good fit for?

Quincy works best with ecommerce brands who already know what needs fixing and want it handled properly. If you value clear decisions, speed and ownership, it’s likely a good fit.

What types of brands is Quincy not a good fit for?

If you prefer to be closely involved in every decision, want to review multiple directions or need full visibility into the process, this probably isn’t the right setup.

How long does a sprint take?

Timelines vary by sprint, but most are designed to move quickly and ship within weeks, not months. Exact timing is outlined before work begins.
