A local boutique in business for 14 years was forced to close for several weeks due to COVID-19 restrictions. This was the perfect opportunity to make the leap from brick-and-mortar shop into eCommerce trading.

eCommerce Web Design & Branding

Sanzio's customers are a specific demographic of women aged 35+ who enjoy the experience and ceremony of shopping and aren't necessarily online shoppers. It was important to us that Sanzio's migration online took into account these existing customers. With that in mind,  we created a sleek and user-friendly site that is intuitive to navigate even without much online shopping experience.

We wanted to capture of premium feel of the brick-and-mortar store by using the best imagery from their suppliers, classic fonts and cool, neutral tones.

For local customers who were missing the in-person aspect of their shopping experience, we created an in-store pick-up option at the online checkout. Customers could arrange to collect items in the physical store while maintaining social distancing practices.

On the first week of its launch, made over €1,000 in online sales and received dozens of phone calls about items featured on the website. They also generated 60 sign-ups for their new email newsletter.

By utilizing more marketing tools like Facebook and Google ads, this figure will continue to rise as the lockdown eases and provide a second sales channel and healthy revenue stream for the boutique.
