HORNE is a high-end luxury furniture store based in the US. While their automated email flows were working quite well, they wanted to further engage with their customers in an authentic way.
We created a weekly newsletter series, highlighting products and stories that would appeal to their audience while maintaining HORNE’s strong brand identity. We utilized the Klaviyo platform and it's ability to 'smart send' to customers based on their timezone, along with A/B testing subject lines.
The newsletter series resulted in an additional $45k revenue in
